By registering for The Sculpted Beauty & Wellness Masterclass, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Refund and Cancellation

• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows.
• In the unlikely event that the class is cancelled or postponed by the host, registered participants will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Participant Responsibilities

• Participants are expected to arrive on time and be respectful of the class environment.
• Any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the class without refund.
• Please inform the host in advance of any food allergies or dietary restrictions. While reasonable accommodations will be attempted, they are not guaranteed.

Liability Waiver

• The host, educators, and affiliated parties are not liable for any injuries, allergic reactions, illnesses, or losses that may occur before, during, or after the event.
• You are attending the event at your own risk and are responsible for your own property, safety, and behavior.

Photography & Content

• Photos and videos may be taken during the event for marketing and promotional purposes.
• By attending, you grant the host permission to use your likeness in promotional materials, unless otherwise stated in writing prior to the event.

Class Materials

• Each participant will receive a gift bag as part of the class. Gift bags are prepared in advance and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or modified.

Communication

• All payment confirmations and class updates will be shared via the contact information provided at checkout.
• It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they remain updated with any changes.
